All of our Venice Beach California properties are fully furnished extended stay suites. Unlike a full service hotel, we do not have room service, a bell boy, concierge or a restaurant on-site; instead our Venice Beach locations go the extra mile to bridge the gap between hotel and home. Only 300 feet from the beach, with affordable rates and full kitchens in every apartment we offer guests the chance to live like a local in comfort and style.

Q. Is the area safe for me and my kids?
A. Venice beach is a beautiful urban community.  It has a very diverse population with many homeless people living just outside multi-million dollar properties.  Every type of person, ethnicity and income level is represented at Venice Beach, incluidng many single women, young hipster adults, families with children, and many retirees.  If you are coming from another urban environment you'll be fine; if you're coming from a very rural environment you may feel a little intimidated. The secured parking garage is an approximate 5-minute walk back to the building.  Put on your urban face of confidence and you will be fine.  Do not feel obligated to respond to panhandlers.

Q. Is parking included?

A. Parking is available at a location nearby for a fee of $10 per day.  You can purchase parking in advance by contacting us via phone or email. You may also purchase your parking pass on the day of arrival at our main property Venice Suites during office hours only (7am-7pm).  If you will be checking in after the office is closed you will need to purchase parking in advance and the pass will be waiting in your room upon arrival.

Q. How close are you to the beach?
A. The Venice Paloma Suites are located on a quiet Venice walk street that is connected to the Boardwalk and beach.. 

Q. Do all the units have kitchens?
A. Yes, at Venice Paloma Suites we provide fully fitted kitchens. They have modern stainless steel 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, pots, plates, glassware, and silverware, and cooking utensils etc.

Q. What size beds are in the apartments?
A. All bedrooms have super comfortable memory foam mattresses. All two bedroom suites have  a queen size bed in the first bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom with a double fold out sofa sleeper in the living room (sleeps up to six adults). The one bedroom + den suite has a queen size bed in the bedroom a double fold out sofa sleeper in the den and a double fold out sleeper in the living room (sleeps up to six adults). The one bedroom suite has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double fold out sofa sleeper in the living room (sleeps up to four adults). We are happy to provide a baby crib upon request and subject to availablity on the day of arrival. Unfortunately are unable to provide additional sleeping cots.

Q. Do you have twin rooms?
A. No, sorry but we have two–bedroom units with a sofa sleeper in the living area.

Q. Is there an additional fee if 2 or more people stay in a room?
A. No, the room rate is fixed provided the maximum number of people per suite is not exceeded; Two bedroom and one bedroom + den units sleep up to six adults, the one bedroom unit sleeps up to four adults.

A. Two bedroom and one bedroom + den units sleep up to six adults, the one bedroom units sleep up to four adults.

Q. Is there a swimming pool?

A. No we do not have a swimming pool, but we are only steps away from the world's largest body of water, the Pacific Ocean with a huge sandy beach.

Q. Do you have AC (air conditioning)?

A. Yes, here at Venice Paloma Suites we offer central heat and A/C. We are one of the few on the Venice boardwalk to have AC.

Q. Is there an office or front desk at the property?
A. We do not have a reception office at the property.  The office is loacted at our main property the Venice Suites on the Boardwalk just a couple building north of Paloma Ave.  Your keycards to access the gated property as well as your room give you access to our main property as well. You will receive all details for arrival and check-in your confirmation email

Q. What time can I check in?
A. Check in time is 3:00 pm. .

Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out time is 11 am. We do not offer lat check out.  To check out simply leave your key-cards and parking pass on the dining table and close the door when you leave. We will take care of the rest.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. We require a cancellation notice 10 days prior to your arrival date to receive the full reservation deposit. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the first night deposit.

Q. Is there maid service?
A. We provide free housekeeping once per week for extended stays. If you reservation is for 7 days or less than you can schedule a full cleaning for $50 per visit. If you require additional towels and/or linens please contact the office.

Q. Are there any additional fees?

A. Parking is the only additional fee.

Q. Do you have floor plans?
A. Yes we do, please refer to our "Suites" page where you will see photos and floor plans of the units.

Q. What is the best way to get there from the airport?
A. You can hire a taxi or shuttle at the airport. It will take 20-40 minutes depending on traffic.
